Frequently Asked Questions

TXT Charts is a community-driven platform for TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) fans. It provides real-time Spotify streaming analytics, chart tracking across multiple platforms (Billboard, Melon, Genie, FLO, Bugs), a community post, star projects, and fun games — all in one place.

You can register with a username, email, and password on the Register page, or sign in directly with your X/Twitter account. Once registered, you can customize your profile, join star projects, and participate in the community.

Star projects are community challenges where MOAs work together to reach streaming goals for specific TXT tracks. Anyone can create a project by selecting a track and setting a target. Other users can join projects to track collective progress. Milestones within projects celebrate key achievements along the way.

All streaming data is sourced from Spotify's public API. We track playcount data for all TXT artists (TXT, Beomgyu, Yeonjun) and their complete discographies. Data is updated regularly to provide near real-time insights into streaming performance and daily changes.

Chart data is scraped directly from each platform's official charts. We track Billboard (Hot 100, 200, Global 200), Melon, Genie, FLO, and Bugs charts. Rankings reflect the official positions from each platform and are updated as new chart data becomes available.

Yes! When creating a post or comment in the community, you can attach up to 4 images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) to posts and 1 image to comments. You can also use the GIF picker to search and attach GIFs from KLIPY's library. Note that you can attach either images or a GIF, but not both at the same time.

Use the contact form below! Select "Bug Report" or "Feature Request" as the category, describe the issue or suggestion in detail, and we'll review it as soon as possible.

Go to your Profile page and click on your avatar. You can upload a new image which will be used across the platform — in the community, comments, and your public profile.

There are three roles: regular users, Community Moderators (Mods), and Admins. Mods can pin community posts and moderate content. Admins have full platform management access. Role badges are displayed next to usernames in the community.
